I love being bald, and I love all the support people have given to this cause via my now being bald! Thank you, everyone!

- If our memories truly define us, then I have spent the past 5 years re-creating myself. Remembering the pleasure I got from doing things I can never do again makes me more determined to do all of those impossible things, like riding horses, getting a degree in microbiology, and playing my violin. I love cooking and playing in my 'garden'- the 6'x6' fenced patio I've filled with pots. Volunteering at the horse rescue across the street finishes off my new life. I may not be an accomplished rider anymore, but I can soak hoofs and mix feeds with the best of them!
